1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rummy.cx ("rummy", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of any part of rummy — whether through the website at rummy.cx, the mobile application available from the Download page, or any other interface we operate — constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

Rummy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players located in Pakistan. Where there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the rummy platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Rummy does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any other party.
• You must not be a current employee, director or contractor of rummy or any of its affiliates or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform under these Terms or any prior version of these Terms.

Rummy may ask you to provide proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an account that is found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the rummy platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name or using a different email address, phone number or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Rummy will never ask for your password by email or phone. Rummy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

• One account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Registration is only permitted for individuals, not companies or organisations.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• All account-related communications will be sent to the email address registered on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on rummy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. Rummy does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance on confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Rummy reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts benefit from same-day withdrawal processing on requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• Rummy does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Any withdrawal that cannot be matched to a verified payment method will require additional documentation before processing.

• Any funds deposited in error may be reversed upon request and verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on rummy:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

Rummy offers sports betting markets on Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and test cricket), Football, Esports and other sports as displayed in the Sports section. The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission, except where the cash-out feature is available and exercised before the market is settled.
• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for each market type as displayed in the betting interface.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing.
• Rummy reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, on markets affected by system errors or in circumstances where it is evident the correct market outcome was known to the player at the time of placing the bet.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same individual market rules. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software and are entirely independent of any previous game result.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, mis-priced markets or any other technical faults for financial gain.

• Depositing funds with the primary intention of withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity (commonly referred to as money laundering).
• Threatening, abusing or harassing rummy support staff or other players in any communication channel.

Rummy monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns and suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, all affected bets may be voided and related winnings forfeited regardless of whether the investigation is complete at the time of account suspension.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as inactive and subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with our dormant account policy.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
